Harvest Pumpkin Ale Bread

Harvest Pumpkin Ale adds great flavor to this easy to make quick bread

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Grease and flour a 9″ x 5″ x 3″ loaf pan.
  3. Sift the dry ingredients (flour through cloves) over a large bowl; set aside.
  4. Add the ale and 3 Tbsp. browned butter to the dry ingredients. Whisk together until incorporated. Do not over mix. Mixture will be very thick.
  5. Pour into the prepared pan.
  6. Bake in the center of the oven for 40 to 45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from oven, pour over the remaining 2 Tbsp. browned butter and allow to cool completely before slicing.
