Ingredients

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Instructions

Place cream and vanilla in the bowl of an electric mixer.
With a whisk attachment, beat the cream while gradually adding the sugar.
Continue beating until the cream forms stiff peaks.
