SO GOOD! Sweet and Spicy Boneless Chicken Wings

Sweet and Spicy Boneless Wings are just the thing for your next party. Easy to eat and loaded with flavor.

  1. Mix flour, cinnamon, paprika and smoked paprika in a Ziploc bag.
  2. Clean and cut chicken into 1” x 2” pieces and season with kosher salt.
  3. Toss seasoned chicken pieces in flour mixture and shake off excess.
  4. Heat 10” skillet with ½ cup olive oil over medium-high heat. When oil is shimmering add chicken pieces and fry in batches until golden on both sides and internal temperature measures 160° F.
  5. Drain cooked pieces on a paper towel lined plate then toss in Sweet & Spicy sauce.
  6. Serve hot with the Cool Ranch Dressing.
